FACULTY using Respondus to upload tests to Blackboard will need to install the latest version (4.05.17). Please contact the Help Desk to have it installed on your computer or computers here. Contact Faculty Technology to obtain the correct version for home use.
The Internet Explorer browser may cause problems when used with Blackboard in certain situations. Please use the free Firefox browser instead when taking tests that do not require the Respondus Lockdown Browser.. You can download the latest version from this URL: http://www.mozilla.com/
STUDENTS--If you currently have an old copy of the LockDown Browser on your computer, you should click the link below
to install the lastest version before attempting to take a test using the LockDown Browser.
Please go to eSTORM and change your password if you are unable to access your Blackboard account. eSTORM passwords expire after 90 days. If you do not login to eSTORM on a regular basis, you may miss the notification requiring you to change your password.

As of September 2015, Google is dropping support for JAVA and NPAPI Plugins. This means that Blackboard will no longer fully support the Chrome browser. Therefore, SWIC recommends the latest versions of the following browsers instead:

When needed, maintenance for the Blackboard Server will always be scheduled between 11 p.m. Friday evenings through 6 a.m. Saturday mornings except for unexpected emergency repairs.
